This picture is amazing. The lighting looks alright and it looks like you've mastered shadowing. The shade of blue is perfect for the inviroment Sonic is in. along with the color of his shoes. However, you've forgotten to add the second half of his belly. Right underneath his leg is nothing but blue. Don't worry, this is a common error for Sonic drawings. His ears are sharp and don't seem to have an opening and the skin color is very light, good for his skin.
It does show Sonic's laid back personalty and the last thing I can is you've done a wonderful job immitating his inviroment and coloring.
